As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including meticulous planning, monitoring, reporting, and project closure. Your role wields significant influence over our team energy and client satisfaction, making you a key player in driving our collective success. You should be a positive force for how we work together and deliver outstanding results.

You have excellent skills in setting up projects for success, budget control, project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, and quality assurance. Your keen eye for detail and results-driven mindset ensure that every project milestone is met. You have the experience to know when to question something and speak up, even if it is technical.

With strong interpersonal skills, you knowhow to build morale, create harmonious relationships and ensure smooth operations. You're adept at navigating the diverse personalities and work styles within our team, finding ways to inspire and maintain a positive team spirit. Collaborating with software developers, UX designers, and various client stakeholders feels like second nature to you.

Uphold project quality as your foremost responsibility - you will see every stage of the work from start to finish and are essential in ensuring consistent quality and the adhesion to Airteam’s standards.

Demonstrate exceptional people management skills - including motivating team members to meet schedule and quality requirements for deliverables, ability to resolve conflicts, ability to get team members from different disciplines to come together as a team, and leading team members to deliver on time and within budget constraints.

Essential skills and experience you bring to the role:
